Freight preparation and handling review

Different freight needs different equipment

A container on a chassis, a dry van load and machinery on a step deck are different operations. The load specification should determine the equipment rather than a generic list of trucking services.

UKA operating scope

UKA’s confirmed capabilities include Chicago company tractors and private chassis, 20-foot/40-foot/40-foot high-cube containers, dry van, flatbed/step deck and heavy haul or oversized/project freight review. Nationwide capacity also uses established carrier partners.

Confirm the requirements

UKA does not broadly advertise reefer or temperature-controlled transportation. For specialized freight, send dimensions, weight, commodity and loading needs so the operation can approve the actual move.
