Website inquiries and shipment requests
This notice describes information handled through the UKA Transportation LLC website. You can contact us at mike@ukatransportation.com or 630-504-3010 about a privacy question or a request concerning information you have provided.
Information you provide
Our forms request contact information and details relevant to the selected request. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, phone number, company or address, pickup and delivery locations, cargo details, requested dates and times, or referral contact details. Only provide someone else’s details when you have permission. Do not submit payment-card information, medical records or other information unrelated to the transportation request.
What the information is used for
The request is sent to our transportation team so we can respond, review equipment and capacity, prepare a quote, or discuss scheduling. Submitting a form is not a confirmed booking, appointment or transportation agreement.
Website hosting, form delivery and spam protection
The site is prepared for Vercel hosting, Resend email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. Online submission is unavailable until the form services are configured; the page then offers direct email and phone contact. When enabled, the submission passes through the server and email provider, and the spam check processes a verification token and may receive the request IP address. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to operate and protect their services.
Analytics, advertising and uploads
The current website does not include Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, a newsletter signup, job applications, document uploads or payment collection. We do not describe those features as active data-collection tools. If tools or data handling change, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual configuration.
Access, corrections and handling questions
Contact mike@ukatransportation.com to ask about information associated with a website request, request a correction, or discuss deletion or retention. Include enough context to identify the request; do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial email. The team can confirm what information it holds and how the request can be handled.
