Explain any storage or transfer stage
If direct container delivery is not the full requirement, tell us whether storage, a pre-pull, transload or onward truckload needs to be considered. We confirm where and how those stages can be arranged rather than implying a UKA-owned Memphis facility.

Memphis complements our Chicago asset-based operation. Out-of-market work also uses the carrier/partner network, so the operating carrier and equipment are confirmed per shipment.

Specialized or hazmat freight requires review of the commodity, documentation, equipment and driver qualifications before approval. Refrigerated or temperature-controlled service is not offered as a core UKA capability.
